Prices

All prices are shown in GBP (Pounds Sterling). Prices other than those in GBP are shown for guidance purposes only. All goods are sold subject to availability. Both price and availability information is subject to change without notice, hence any subsequent purchases of the same product cannot be guaranteed at the same price. The availability of the Goods that you wish to order is indicated on the "Product's page".

Description

Terrariums may differ slightly differ from the pictures depending on the availability of plants. We will aim to satisfy your requirements to the best of our ability. 

We will update you with information about any difference to the advertised picture

Availability

This is an indication of availability only and is not a guarantee that the Goods are available at the time at which you order them. If, after you submit your order, the Goods that you have ordered are not available, We will either substitute the goods for a similar item of equal or greater value, or issue a refund for the out of stock item.

VAT

Value Added Tax (VAT) is applicable to all orders paid.

Delivery

We do not offer delivery yet. All our products are to be collected from 3, Oakwood Gardens, Knaphill, GU21 2RX.

Replacements / Refunds

We are happy to replace/Return the purchased item(s) should you wish to change. To do so, the replacement/return request should be made within 28 days of purchase. Please email to people@dearnature.co.uk with subject containing the order number.

Resale

Humble Origins hold the right for the product purchased until all debts owed to Humble Origins are cleared.
